Ava Schrag is an artist born and raised in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. She is currently studying Photography and Environmental Studies at Virginia Commonwealth University. Ava primarily works in digital photography and bookmaking and dabbles in farming and puppet-making. Her work is centered around family, love, and personal relationships to land and community. Her work is inspired by the passing of the seasons and significant landscapes in her life.
